ELDERS

White Mountain Bible is an Elder-led church.

Leadership is to be shared. The terms elders, leaders, overseers, pastors,

shepherd, and bishops tend to be used interchangeably

in the New Testament showing that leadership is to be shared among a team of spiritual leaders.
